Executive Trainee (Full Time)

This role will be a full time part of our CoCoon Foundation team to empower and inspire young people to have 21st century entrepreneurial mindset. A role in this team involves a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, supporting and leading events with loads of creativity and exciting hands-on day-to-day work with local schools’ students and teachers.

​Our ideal team player will have a genuine passion for young people, an understanding and interest in CoCoon’s entrepreneurship mission and the ability to work with our team in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute the programme along with the team
• Building and improving the curriculum along with team members throughout the year
• Liaising with external parties such as teachers, corporates, startups etc. for collaboration
• Communicate with and be accountable as a team member
• Help out with any work that the team needs which can range from social media, to hosting and building workshops, to data input

​Qualifications

• University Bachelor degree in any field
• Previous work experience is beneficial but not compulsory
• Native in Cantonese and fluent in English (Cantonese competency is a requirement)
• Exceptional communicational skills, great work ethic, works well in a team, highly adaptive and efficient worker

CoCoon Foundation Intern

This role will be a part of our CoCoon Foundation team to empower and inspire young people to have 21st century entrepreneurial mindset. A role in this team involves a dynamic work environment, supporting events with loads of creativity and exciting hands-on day-to-day work with local schools’ students and teachers, and tons of opportunity to interact with entrepreneurs across the globe.

​Our ideal team player will have a genuine passion for young people, an understanding and interest in CoCoon’s entrepreneurship mission and the ability to work with our team in a collaborative environment.

Job Description

• Provide operation and event support to the team
• Be a facilitator in our educational workshops and seminars
• Education program design and development and integral activities
• Content development for social media
• Administrative support; Data analysis and data entry Requirements:
• Creative, friendly and helpful
• Good communicator and public speaking skill is desirable
• Organized, detail-oriented, strong ability to problem-solve, follow-through and work together with teammates
• Proficient in MS Office application and skills to leverage on social medias: Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram; video editing and photography is a desirable
• Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese) and English, both written and oral

 

VIDEO Editing intern

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Your resume and portfolio will stand out if you have:

• Strong visual storytelling skills and good sense of timing.
• Experience with Video Editing softwares such as Final Cut Pro.
• Experience with studio and location video production.
• A highly collaborative mindset and passion for teamwork.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Self-starter, curious, and willing to learn.
• Prior internship experience.
• Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese) and English, both written and oral
