Self Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, and Leadership.

​We have designed two different workshops for each life skills aimed to help you flourish and reach your potential.

Self awareness workshops

Even though most people believe they are self-aware, only 10-15% of the people actually fit the criteria. 
Socrates boiled down the entire wisdom of philosophy to one simple command: "know yourself". Only through self awareness can we begin to become more confident, more creative, make sounder decisions, build stronger relationships, and communicate more effectively.

Emotional INTELLIGENCE workshops

There can be every sort of intelligence like linguistic intelligence, mechanical intelligence, mathematical intelligence, etc.
​Hence, to build better relationships with ourselves and others we must begin working on our emotional intelligence.

Being emotional is a different thing, but understanding the emotions well enough so that you have an upper hand to control them, is what defines how emotionally intelligent you are.

Leadership workshops

Being a leader is more than just having a title, being the loudest one in the room, or being charismatic. But so often when we think of being a "leader", those are the people that come to mind and we write ourselves off. What would it look like if you embraced your style of leadership?
