智理財網上比賽
​

為了促進學生與家人和同學討論在日常生活中遇到的財務管理挑戰，我們誠邀家長鼓勵學生參與「香港賽馬會智理財教育」的網上比賽。 
​
To encourage discussions on everyday financial challenges, we invite parents to support their children’s participation in the "Hong Kong Jockey Club Financial Education Programme" online competition, promoting financial literacy and responsible decision-making.

目的 Objective​

讓學生在創作過程中實踐在課堂所學的理財知識，並與家人和同學分享。

To enable students to apply the financial knowledge acquired in class through a creative process and share their learning with family and classmates.

對象 Target Participants 

參與本計劃的小學四至六年級學生 (以個人或不多於4人的團隊方式參賽）
​
Primary 4 to 6 students enrolled in the program (may participate individually or in teams of up to 4 members).
​

任務 Task


​設計一名理財守護者，為主角解決日常理財難題。
​
Design a financial guardian who helps the main character tackle everyday financial challenges.

​​

方式 Format​


​
​創作短片或漫畫，並於網上遞交作品及情境決策方案。
​
Create a short video or comic, and submit the work along with the Resolution Plan.

短片 
  • 畫面及聲音必須清晰， 沒有背景雜音 
  • 短片可以真人演繹，也可以動畫形式表示 
  • 片長為1 - 4 分鐘 
  • 檔案格式須為MP4或MOV
  • 檔案大小須不多於1GB 
  • 解像度：1920 × 1080p 或以上 ​

  • 只接受拍照或掃描；檔案格式須為PDF, JPG或PNG

 ​漫畫 + 情境決策方案 

漫畫 
  • 風格或繪圖工具不受限制；手繪和電繪均可接受 
  • 可以橫向或縱向排列；在每格標上數字表示次序 
  • 檔案格式須為PDF, JPG或PNG
  • 實際作品尺寸： A4 (297 x 210 mm) 至 A3 (297 x 429 mm)

  • 只接受拍照或掃描；檔案格式須為PDF, JPG或PNG

重要事項

作品（包括情境決策方案）照片必須有紙張的四角，如果因為反光等原因導致照片上的文字和圖像不清晰，主辦機構有權利經學校要求參賽再次提供合規格的作品照片 提交作品照片後需保留作品實物，主辦單位可能會收集得獎者的作品實物作展示用途

Short video + Resolution Plan​

Short video 
  • The picture and sound must be clear, without background noise
  • ​The short film can be performed by real people or in the form of animation
  • Length: 1 - 4 minutes
  • The file format must be MP4 or MOV
  • The file size must not exceed 1GB
  • Resolution: 1920 × 1080p or above

Resolution plan 
  • Only photos or scans are accepted; file formats must be PDF, JPG or PNG

Comic + Resolution PLan 

Comic
  • There are no restrictions on the style or drawing tools used for the comic; both hand-drawn and digital illustrations are acceptable
  • Can be arranged horizontally or vertically; mark each box with numbers to indicate the order
  • Only photos or scans are accepted; the file format must be PDF, JPG or PNG
  • Actual size of artwork: A4 (297 x 210 mm) to A3 (297 x 429 mm)

Resolution plan 
  • Only photos or scans are accepted; file formats must be PDF, JPG or PNG

Important Notes

  • The photo of the artwork (including the resolution plan) must show all four corners of the paper. If the text and images on the photo are not clear due to reflections or other reasons, the organizer has the right to request the participant to submit photos of the artwork that meet the requirements again through the school
  • After submitting the photo of the artwork, the physical work must be retained, as the organizer may collect the physical works of the winners for display purposes
