With an estimated of 47% of jobs risking to be automated, what kind of skill sets are future employers looking for and how can youths equip themselves? |
ABOUT THE PURSUIT OF 𝑥The Pursuit of 𝑥 is a program designed for 18-25 year olds, and is an invitation to grow and cultivate "human capabilities" - skills that cannot be replaced by automation.
In the Pursuit of 𝑥, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery to figure out what your unique ‘𝑥’ is. This journey involves 6 interactive and thought-provoking workshops, that involve learning how to truly know yourself, how to lead yourself, and how to lead others in an authentic way regardless of what position you are in. |

In life, we are often in pursuit of certain variables that we believe will lead to our happiness. For some, ‘𝑥’ stands for status... For many, ‘𝑥’ stands for money... For others, ‘𝑥’ may remain an unknown variable, still needing to be solved. And then, there are also those people who have figured out their special ‘𝑥’, allowing them to lead extraordinary lives.
